INGREDIENTS 4 pax
Fresh Goat Cheese BeiraLacte
1 jar of Black olives
1 jar of Red bell peppers
4 cloves of garlic
Olive oil to taste
Balsamic vinegar to taste
Rosemary to taste
PREPARATION
Place the drained olives in a bowl. Chop the red bel/peppers, the garlic and the rosemary. Add all the
ingredients to the olives and mix everything. Cut the fresh cheese into pieces and place on top.
