Pork tenderloins flavoured with cheese sauce, slightly roasted potatoes and sesame seeds

INGREDIENTS 4
4 slices of Ripened Goat Cheese BeiraLacte
1 kg (2,2lbs) of pork tenderloins
20 cl (6oz.) of White wine
12 small Potatoes (3 per person)
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Boil the wine salt and pepper; Add the cheese. Mix all the previous ingredients with a spoon. Bake the potatoes in the oven seasoned with salt to taste. Pour a little bit of olive o11 in the frying pan and wait until it is very hot, then score the meat. Place the meat in the sauce. Place the roasted potatoes in the frying pan used to cook the meat. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the potatoes.
