500 gr (1,1lbs) cherries
250 gr (0,6lbs) of sugar
Mint leaves
PREPARATION
Remove the cherries stones and place the cherries in a pan. Add the sugar and boll over low heat and reduce the liquid until it thickens. Allow it to cool before serving. Slice the curd cheese into wedge-shaped triangles and spread the jam over it. Garnish with a mint leaf.
