4 slices of Queijo da Beira Baixa Amarelo DOP BeiraLacte
4 Salmon fillets
4 eggs 200 gr (0,4lbs) Breadcrumbs
Olive oil to taste
PREPARATION
Dip the cheese in the egg and then coat it with the b re a dcrumbs. Bread the cheese in abundant fat.
Pour a little bit of olive oil in the flying pan. Cook the salmon in the frying pan.
