Watercress salad with fresh Cheese

INGREDIENTS 4 pax
250 g Fresh Cow Cheese BeiraLacte
4 units cloves of garlic
0.5 dl extra virgin olive oil
1 watercress sauce
Fine salt Q.B.
Pepper Q.B.
1 box Cherry tomatoes
PREPARATION
Peel and chop the garlic cloves, fry them in olive oil. Prepare the watercress. Wash and rinse them. Arrange on a platter. Sprinkle them with a little bit of fine salt. Cut the fresh cheese into small cubes. Place the cheese on top of the watercress. Season the cheese with salt and pepper, baste with the previously prepared olive oil. Slice the cherry tomato and place on the salad. Prepare the sauce with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season the salad.
