Wrap pastry garnished with PDO cheese in a bed of spinach and pine nuts

INGREDIENTS 4 pax

Pastry crust to taste

16 small cubes of Queijo da Beira Baixa Amarelo DOP BeiraLacte

16 Pine nuts

16 Spinach leaves

PREPARATION

Place the cheese inside the pastry crust. Poste the pine nuts and the spinach leaves around the cheese.
Fold the pastry crust over to make a pillow shaped wrap. Bake at 150°C (302°F) for 10 minutes.
