Production Process

Beiralacte is identified as a Artisanal Production Unit (Letter No. 121360), and all collaborators involved in the manufacture have Charter of Artisan.

Only the closeness and affection of our employees can transform the best milk in to the best cheese, one that is genuine, traditional, high quality and excellent taste. So we keep the way of doing the most handmade possible, and so almost the entire process is done by hand (pressing, salting, washing and curing)
